Men's Golf Finishes 16th at Williams Invitational

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass., September 25, 2005- Springfield College’s Andrew Wright posted a two-day score of 157, shooting an 80 on Saturday (Sept. 24) and a 77 on Sunday (Sept. 25) as the Pride finished 16th out of 24 teams at the Williams Invitational, hosted by Williams College.

Greg Levings had a consistent performance shooting 79 on both days of the tournament to tie for 51st-place. Teammate Matt McCarthy finished three strokes behind Levings for a score of 161.

The Pride will next host the Eastern Collegiate Athetic Conference (ECAC) Division III Championship Qualifier at Hampden Country Club on Tuesday, September 27, starting at 7:30 a.m.
