The game which consisted of the top seniors in New England in Division I, II, and III, took place at Endicott College on Sunday June 5 at 2:00 pm.
Runyon was earlier named as an USILA Honorable Mention All-America selection, and was chosen to compete in the 2011 Lax World/USILA North/South game.
Runyon paced Springfield to its fourth-straight Pilgrim Lacrosse League title as he was a force on the Pride's first midfield line. While leading Springfield in points during his senior campaign, he took home Pilgrim League All-Conference First Team honors for the first time in his career, while also garnering NEILA Division III All-New England Second Team accolades.
The Fairport, N.Y. product scored 23 goals and dished out 23 helpers, in addition to picking up 43 ground balls. Runyon became the 30th player in program history to reach the career 100 point milestone after registering three points in Springfield's 19-8 Pilgrim League Championship victory over Babson. He also is the 45th All-America selection that the Springfield College men's lacrosse program has had.
