The game couldn't have started better for the Pride as Gallo pumped in a pair of goals within of a minute of each other to give the hosts a 2-0 advantage. The Camels’ went on to take the lead for good on the eventual game-winner from Wagner herself. The junior forward put back a rebound after Springfield goalie Alison McCarthy saved a drive from Kat Barker.

This time, Jess Lewis ripped the ball from the left side towards the net, where Wagner redirected it past McCarthy for her second goal of the game. Barker and Hine closed out the scoring for the visitors, with goals in the 43rd and 55th minutes respectively, as the visitors won by a four-goal margin.
