Women's Soccer Falls To Wellesley, 3-1
Oct. 19, 2002 - Springfield College senior forward Amanda Conk (Montclair, N.J.)
scored the Pride's lone goal as SC fell to Wellesley, 3-1, in a New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) game this afternoon.
Wellesley sophomore midfielder Anna Stanton (Hanover, N.H.) scored twice in the winning effort for the Blue.
The Pride fall to 6-8 (3-3 NEWMAC) while Wellesley improves to 7-4-1 (5-0-1 NEWMAC) this season.
