Opening Ceremonies For 2013 World University Games Just One Month Away

Kazan Opening Ceremony Springfield, Mass. - June 6, 2013 - In just one month, 12 student-athletes from the Springfield College men's volleyball team will be representing the United States of America when they participate in the opening ceremonies of 2013 World University Games in Kazan, Russia.

For those interested, a website has been developed to serve as a hub for updates and will include special features about the student-athletes leading up to the trip. Be sure to visit the "Russia Bound" website in the upcoming weeks leading up to the trip, as well as throughout the competition, as we provide an in-depth look at this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
