Staff Assistant - Tustin, CA - Part-time, Temporary position
Under the supervision of the Campus Director, this position performs a variety of staff support duties which require a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Duties include but are not limited to greeting and liaison to all visitors to the campus, inputting application and admissions data for new and returning students, coordination of semester registration processes, verification of student attendance, and performance of other tasks as required or requested by the supervisor.
This position requires the knowledge equivalent to that gained through completion of a high school diploma and a minimum of four years directly related, progressively responsible experience; or the equivalent in combined education and experience. Necessary skills include excellent oral and written communication abilities; positive interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive, mature manner; ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks; and proficiency working in a Windows 2007 based environment. This position requires weeknights and weekends work.
